Privacy & Policy

Effective date: August 11, 2026  ·  Last updated: August 11, 2026

This policy describes how numericals handles information in connection with this website.

1. What we collect on this website

This website has no user accounts and no login.

Like any website, it is served over the internet, so our hosting provider automatically processes technical request data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. This data is used to deliver the site and to keep it secure and available.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and which country or region they come from. For this purpose Google sets cookies on your device and processes a shortened form of your IP address together with information about your browser and device. We use this only in aggregate, to improve the site. We do not use it to identify you personally and we do not use it for advertising.

2. Cookies

The only cookies set on this website come from Google Analytics, as described above. They are used to distinguish visitors and sessions for statistical purposes. You can block or delete them at any time in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Blocking them does not affect your use of this website.

3. The contact form

The contact form on this website does not send anything to a server. When you submit it, your own email program opens with the text you entered, and nothing is transmitted until you send that email yourself. If you do send it, we receive the information you chose to include — typically your name, your email address and your message — and we use it solely to respond to you.

4. Who else is involved

This website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes request data on our behalf in order to serve and protect the site. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

The site links to profiles on external platforms. Following such a link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices, which we do not control.

5. How long we keep information

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet our legal and business record-keeping obligations, then delete it.

6. Your choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@numericals.ai and we will respond.

7. Do Not Track

Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for how websites must react to it, and this website does not currently respond to it. If you do not want to be included in our usage statistics, block the cookies described in section 2 or use Google’s opt-out add-on.

8. Children

This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the effective date shown at the top.
